About Steven J Roberts MBA BSc (Hons)

Steve’s (45) career started off selling high value Test and Measurement Equipment to the likes of British Gas, the CEGB (as the power utilities were then called) and various defence contractors.

In the 80’s and 90’s he moved into IT where he helped a number of companies establish new products and services to market via third party channels. This involved all aspects of product development and sales & marketing.

In a number of projects he was asked to revaluate the sales and marketing strategy and re focus the company into new directions.

In more recent times, he has been involved in a number of IT start ups, providing strategic advice on product/market development (software and hardware) as well as fulfilling a number of new business sales roles.

With an MBA and a first degree in Applied Physics, Steve brings a balance of technical and commercial acumen to any business requiring help.

About Sue Roberts

Sue’s career started in retail but quickly migrated to IT in the late 80’s.

Starting in sales administration, Sue career quickly took off in Distribution sales where she has helped a number of blue chip companies establish their product to market.

In the mid 90’s she started her own leisure business and in 2005 started Fripp Design with Tom Fripp. As well as many years experience in sales and marketing, Sue’s forte is in positive people management and, when necessary, dealing with difficult employment issues. Sue has gained many years experience in the formation of employment policies as well as successfully winning a number of litigation cases against employees (sadly).
